Download the Aosta Valley Card App and register in the dedicated form to receive general medical advice in case of need, on holiday or at home. Through the dedicated number, Vittoria Assicurazioni – through Mapfre with its Operations Centre – will put you in contact with an Affiliated Assistance Centre, which will be able to provide you with information and medical advice in one of the following ways, at your choice:
- NBy telephone, hereinafter referred to as "Tele-consultation
- NVideo-call, hereinafter "Video-consultation".
The service is valid for 12 months from the date of activation by the Card owner, within which the Customer may request, without any limit, the Tele-consultation or Video-consultation services.
